What a mess! Jobs we do often require us to saw cut concrete or asphalt and dig them up. It might look messy now, but the cut edges allow us to repour the concrete in an aesthetically pleasing way. It also allows us to do demo work without demolishing more than is intended. When we are digging under concrete we have to be very careful not to break existing utilities. We always call 811 before digging, but even then, there are unlocated utilities we run into. We have to be very careful with these powerful excavators.
