Built and currently operating an Azure Functions-based governance system managing 40,000+ SharePoint sites. Implements a formal 50+ state Stateless state machine automating site certification, permission enforcement, deletion pipelines, and eDiscovery hold management. Teams and email notifications orchestrated via Durable Functions. The most architecturally complex system in the portfolio — running in production with no manual intervention.

Enterprise AI Assistant Platform — Global Pharmaceutical Enterprise

Served as a key member of the team developing an enterprise AI assistant platform. Primary contributions included content extraction, MCP integration, authentication, backend infrastructure design and optimization, and building support for a gateway that works with both Azure OpenAI and OpenAI. The platform also supports Azure AI Foundry capabilities including Document Intelligence and Content Understanding, with APIM-protected services deployed across dev/nightly/production with regional failover.

Cryptographic Data Export Pipeline — Document Signing Platform

Built a Durable Functions orchestrator for bulk export of signed envelopes. Envelope-level encryption using Azure Key Vault DEK/KEK pattern, dual-cloud storage across Azure Blob and AWS S3, SQL Server metadata tracking, and parallel batch processing. Includes a cryptographic key rotation tool. Clean domain-driven architecture with CQRS-style query objects. A system where getting the security architecture wrong has real consequences.

Healthcare Member Portal Ecosystem — Health Insurance Provider

Full-stack healthcare platform spanning 14 repositories: member portal, provider registration system, PCP administration interface, and communications workflows. ASP.NET Core APIs with Entity Framework, Angular SPA, Azure AD B2C custom identity policies with MFA, and PowerShell deployment automation. Delivered for a regulated health insurance environment with strict data handling requirements.
