November 17, 2023 Astro turf installation

This summer we did some grading for a customer to prep for an indoor dog training area. One thing led to another, and we ended up also installing the Astro turf. So no, we don't do Astro turf, but yes we can do all the prep.

It requires exporting the native soil, grading and leveling the ground, importing, spreading and leveling a few more layers of gravel, and compacting it. Different Astro turf may have different preparation requirements. This one required a much smaller, finer gravel to be spread on top, hand luted (smoothed like icing on a cake) and compacted.
